Making money with Big Data

The best BigData stories are those that start with value, with a business stakeholder that perceives the value of data and is willing to pay for it. I was lucky enough to present last week with Alex Johnson, the Head of Innovation at Kantar, which is part of WPP, the largest advertising agency in the world. We presented to about 150 attendees at the TeleManagement Forum (TMForum) Big Data event in Amsterdam – mostly Telco operators (including Including BT Group, China Mobile , Cosmote, Liberty, MBNL, Vimpelcom, Orange, KPN, Swisscom, Telefonica, Telenet, Turkcell, Vodafone, T-Mobile) and people from the wider Telco ecosystem.
