    Disagree with Talent Acquisition. AI is unable to review personality and face-to-face interviews. It can filter out skills and patterns but those are not truly reflective of personal experience, team fit, potential, etc.

    AI has started to cover a major portion of HR’s functionalities. Very true AI have already been used in recruitment process, in Performance management in retention. I believe AI would also take over the HRIS system, the leave and attendance management system and even processing payroll.
    The era traditional HR & Payroll system seems like its coming to an end.

    Until we have AI that can design even more powerful AI then the HR might want to take a back seat when their jobs get messy. Whether that’s a junior programmer or a senior AI researcher, fact is those smart chips must be designed by humans. Everything after AI is secondary to the basic function.
